Oľga graduated in law at Comenius University Bratislava, Faculty of Law, where she earned her master’s degree in law (Mgr.). After graduation, she began her career as an in-house lawyer for Slovenská sporiteľňa. Since 2003, Oľga specializes in Compliance, namely in regulated sectors. During her career, she has been employed as the head of Compliance at UniCredit Bank Slovakia, AXA Bank Europe, Czech Export Bank, and the Prague branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. In the years 2018 to 2019 she worked as an advisor for the CEO of EXIMBANKA SR. Since 2018 she works with The Institute of Banking Education at the National Bank of Slovakia as an external lecturer in the program “Find Out More about Your Client”. In the law office Suchanová Mečl Legal, she is employed as a counsel.

Oľga specializes in the law of finance and Compliance, as well as competition, commercial and corporate law.
